Throughout his legislative tenure, the Senator has been a strong supporter of Michigan’s oil and gas industry in addition to being a vocal advocate for Michigan’s critical energy infrastructure. Senator VanderWall has taken a very hands on approach when it comes to learning our state’s oil and gas industry. Over the last few years, he’s participated in several tours of well sites, pipeline operations, and the Kalkaska Gas Plant. Just this year, you may have seen him at a MOGA Meeting, hosting a group of industry folks at MOGA’s Legislative Education Day, or speaking at the Michigan Association of Professional Landmen Fall Seminar. The Senator and his staff have certainly put in the time and effort to stay connected with our members across northern Michigan, now it’s our turn. We encourage you to reach out to Senator VanderWall by email at sencvanderwall@senate.michigan.gov or by phone at (517) 373-0741 to thank him for supporting Michigan’s oil and gas industry and share the great work we do in his district.  You can also visit him at his in-district office hours to simply introduce yourself and your company.
