Pres. Trump Signs First Bill Into Law -- And It Came From Michigan

Pres. Donald Trump signed his first bill into law this week and it was legislation sponsored by Michigan Rep. Bill Huizenga. The law revers a provision of the Dodd-Frank law requiring oil and gas companies to reveal certain financial information.

Trump said the legislation was part of an effort to bring back jobs “big league.”

“We’re bringing them back at the plant level. We’re bringing them back at the mine level. The energy jobs are coming back,” he said.
