According to Mirs News, the state of Michigan and local governments are expected to receive an additional $10.3 Billion.
"This is an incredible opportunity for the state to create fundamental change," said state Budget Director David Massaron told Mirs News. "We need to work together with the legislature on the existing federal funding not yet appropriated and then turn to working on this new funding being made available so that our state comes back stronger and better than ever."
