The annual dues for each of the five member categories of the Association as approved by the Board of Directors are as follows:
1. CHAIRMAN’S CLUB PREMIER MEMBERSHIP: Any company or individual that contributes $25,000.00 or more for a single membership will automatically be classified a Chairman’s Club Member. This membership category includes:

PRODUCING-ACREAGE MEMBERSHIP: Any person, firm, association, co-partnership, or corporation owning or controlling oil or gas production or undeveloped acreage in Michigan shall be classified as a Producing-Acreage Member. Annual dues shall be calculated at three dollars ($3.00) for every one-thousand dollars ($1,000) gross revenue received for Michigan crude oil sold (including member’s working interest, overrides and royalties in such oil production sold, and three dollars ($3.00) for every one-thousand dollars ($1,000) gross revenue received for Michigan gas sold (including member’s working interest, overrides and royalties in such gas sold), plus ten cents per acre on all held acreage, non-productive of oil or gas in Michigan; provided, however, that the dues payment to the Association shall not be less than twenty five hundred dollars ($2,500) nor more than twenty-thousand dollars ($20,000) per annum. (Exceptions to the upper limit for mergers, acquisitions, and others, are allowed and encouraged as additional dues contributions in any given calendar year.) This membership category includes:

SUSTAINING MEMBERSHIP: Any person, firm, association, co-partnership or corporation, or any authorized representative thereof, not owning or controlling oil or gas production or non-productive acreage in Michigan, and who or which comes within any of the several classifications set forth in the schedule in this subsection, shall be classified as Sustaining Members. Annual dues to the Association are in accordance with the following schedule:
Sustaining Member categories 1 through 4 include:
4. INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP: Any individual who is interested in, desires to associate with, keep informed of, and contribute to the work of the Michigan Oil and Gas Association and who is not qualified under any other membership category is eligible to become an Individual Member. Said membership shall pay annual dues to the Association of not less than $400.00.
5. ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP: Any trust, royalty owner, or person who is retired and no longer actively working in the oil and gas industry or any associated industry. Said membership shall pay annual dues to the Association of not less than $100.00. Said membership shall have no vote nor be entitled to hold office.
MICHIGAN OIL AND GAS NEWS SUBSCRIPTION: Members may purchase additional subscriptions to the Michigan Oil and Gas News with your membership renewal for $100.00 for a monthly print or digital subscription and $200.00 for a weekly print or digital subscription.

- Acknowledgment of your elite membership status on MOGA’s website and event programs.
- Attendance at a private recognition event with the Chairman of the Board.

- Mineral Well Operators, Refineries, Petrochemical Plants, Crude Purchase, Gas Brokerage, Marketing, and Transport Companies - $3,000.00
- Service Companies – Cementing Companies, Coiled Tubing Contractors, Directional Drilling Companies, Drilling Mud Supply Companies, Drilling Contractor, Drilling Completion Contractor, Environmental Supply and Service Companies, Gas Compression/Processing Companies, Oil Field Trucking Companies, Pumping Services, Tank Truck Service Pumpers and Pipeline Companies/Contractors, and Wireline Services
-- A. Under 1M in sales annually - $900.00
-- B. Over 1M in sales annually - $2000.00 - Supply Stores, Machine & Welding Companies - $800.00
- Professional Membership-Engineer, Bank, Investment, Legal, Accounting, or any other company category not included - $500.00
